The Rappahannock Charge UMC is pleased to welcome back Rev. Jessie Colwell. She currently serves as the Director of Clergy Excellence in the Virginia UMC Conference. Before this, she served as Lead Pastor at the Rappahannock Charge, as well as Culpeper UMC, and other appointments.
